Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting an order via the website. By making an order you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Mobile Phones

All mobile phones on this website are used handsets from mobile phone recycling unless stated in the item description.

The following grades are used to describe physical condition of phones.

GRADE A - handsets are in very good condition and full working order, they have been rigorously tested and reconditioned if needed and will not show any signs of significant cosmetic damage. A three month warranty applies to these handset which covers manufactures defects and does not cover any mis-use i.e. water damage.

GRADE B – handsets will show signs of normal wear and tear. They are not damaged or broken in any way and will not be heavily scratched or damaged in any way. Theses handsets are rigorously tested and reconditioned if needed. A three month warranty also applies to these handsets which covers manufactures defects and does not cover any misuse i.e. water damage.

Please Note: Images displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product ie. colour and network branding as some handsets have network operator's software installed on the handsets as well as logos on the casing which may not be shown on the product images.

All phones will be well packaged in a universal box with a manufacturer’s standard phone charger and battery.

 

Delivery, Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours by Royal Mail Special Delivery and shipping costs are included within the price of the handset(s) which should take 1-3 days from dispatch to delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: We only ship within the UK.

 

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing an order using one of our accepted payment methods. If you have an old mobile phones and you want to know where to recycle these then you may visit our other websites should you wish to recycle mobile phones with our partners.

We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo & Visa Delta via World Pay and PayPal to a UK address only. The order will appear on the credit or debit card statement as cheapmobilephonesshop.co.uk.

 

Warranty

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for three months. All handsets will have tamper proof stickers which if removed will make the warranty null and void. The three month warranty does not cover damage due to misuse i.e. Water damage.

 

Cancellations

All orders made via this website come with a SEVEN DAY RETURN GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund. When returning goods of a high cash value, we strongly advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit as we are unable to credit you for goods that have been lost or damaged. Please contact the Post Office to reclaim costs for lost or damaged handsets. Please note that this is subject to administration and paypal charges and further charges apply if handsets are not found to be defective.
